lois got her stitches removed from her bunion surgery. she now has a frankenstein left foot. eleven fat stitches do nothing for small feet (btw, this photo isn't of her foot;). i feel so bad for her. i've never had any surgery in my life and she's had nine in the last ten years. i...am...so...wimpy.she's doing okay though. she took an extra day off last week and had a four day weekend to rest her footie up. i couldn't imagine being encumbered by that massive boot...for six weeks.

I'm having a hard time reading the text--on my computer it's black print on a dark blue background on the left and a narrower greenish background on the right. Good job getting the thing together, though!
that's weird. it should be white print on a slate blue background on your left and grey text on sage on the right. i guess all monitors are a little funny... is anyone else experiencing this problem?
I am now reading it with Netscape and it looks like you said it should.
